What if there’s a better way?

The way something works today is not proof that it is the best way to do it. I like understanding why a system, process or business model exists — and then asking what would happen if we approached it differently.

Give people context. Listen to the people closest to the problem. Make room for disagreement. Make decisions when they need to be made. Take responsibility when things go wrong and share credit when they go right.

John AI is being built around my professional experience, stories, leadership philosophy and problem-solving approach. Eventually, visitors will be able to bring it a real business problem and see how I might think through it.
